$15.02 to $17.67/hour depending on qualifications.

Plan, develop and host programs primarily for adult audiences, and with opportunities to support program development for teens and all ages. Engage with our community, partners and speakers to meet community needs through programs, events and exhibits that align with the library’s strategic goals. Analyze varied program data to ensure continuous improvement and positive customer outcomes.

To collaborate most effectively with staff across the library, the preferred candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the demonstrated ability to excel in Our Culture.

Requirements and Skills:

Library program development or event planning experience. Fluency with technology. Responsible to manage multiple priorities with close attention to detail. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong customer service skills. Must be effective working independently and in teams. Exhibit or museum experience and/or experience serving multicultural audiences a plus.


Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred.
