$12.65 per hour

Gail Borden Public Library has a part-time position available in our fast-paced Customer Relations Department at our Main Library facility.  The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to problem-solve and analyze customer needs and enjoy providing top-notch service to Library customers.  Responsibilities include performing a variety of customer service duties and assisting library users with the use of library equipment and software applications in the Computer Lab.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Knowledgeable in current operating systems and software applications
    • Windows 7
    • Microsoft Office 2013 Suite
    • Multiple email applications
    • Google searches
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
